1. Order Policy

In the case of non-certified diamonds, placing an order shall be considered a request or booking and not a confirmed purchase until confirmation is provided by Mahant Exports.

Confirmation of the order is subject to product availability.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, it may be cancelled if shipment has not yet been processed.

For wire transfer or advance payment orders, payment must be completed within the time period communicated by Mahant Exports. If payment is delayed, Mahant Exports reserves the right to cancel the order.

Mahant Exports reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order at its sole discretion.

2. Return Policy

Mahant Exports aims to provide a satisfactory purchase experience to all customers.

If a customer wishes to return a diamond, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

The customer must inform Mahant Exports within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the diamond and return the item within 15 business days from the date of receipt.

All original packaging, documents, invoices, and certificates must be returned along with the item. If the diamond was supplied with a certificate, the certificate must also be included with the return.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, engraving, damage, or misuse will not be accepted for return.

Returned items must be properly insured during shipping. Mahant Exports shall not be responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipment.

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval by Mahant Exports. Shipping, handling, insurance, duties, taxes, bank charges, or other related charges may not be refundable.

3. Shipment Policy

Products will be shipped only to the destination provided and approved by the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping and billing details. Mahant Exports will not be responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Shipment will be processed only after full payment is received and confirmed.

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import charges, bank charges, or local levies shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mahant Exports may ship products from its own office, regional office, associate office, or affiliated business location, depending on availability and business requirements.

Shipping charges, insurance charges, and handling charges may apply as per invoice value, destination, and shipping method.

4. Conflict Free Policy

Mahant Exports is committed to responsible diamond sourcing and ethical business practices.

We declare that we do not deal in conflict diamonds. We make reasonable efforts to source diamonds from legitimate and reliable suppliers who comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the Kimberley Process requirements.

Mahant Exports supports the prevention of illegal diamond trade and maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward conflict diamonds.

Where required, Mahant Exports may provide available documentary evidence regarding the authenticity and sourcing of diamonds. However, Mahant Exports shall not be responsible for proving origin through mine-level testing unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Price Policy

All prices mentioned on the website are generally listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may exclude local taxes, duties, customs charges, bank charges, shipping charges, insurance charges, or other applicable fees.

Although Mahant Exports makes every effort to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur due to human error, system error, typographical error, or data upload issues.

Mahant Exports reserves the right to correct any pricing or product information errors at any time.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Mahant Exports may contact the customer for instructions before shipment or cancel the order and notify the customer.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Payment Policy

Mahant Exports accepts advance payment only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confirmed orders must be paid in full within the time period communicated by Mahant Exports.

Payments may be accepted through wire transfer, bank transfer, cash, or any other payment method approved by Mahant Exports.
